Commencement is this Saturday! When it comes to your regalia, many graduate students might be wondering about what to wear and when. Of course, everyone will have their appropriate caps and gowns, but what about hoods?
At Ball State, there is no formal hooding ceremony during the morning commencement, so Master’s students should wear their hoods to the commencement ceremonies. Master’s students in the College of Communication, Information, and Media and ALL doctoral students should carry their hoods to the stage and be formally hooded during their college’s individual ceremony.
Find more information about the main commencement ceremony here, and find out when your college’s individual ceremony will be held here. Check here for instructions on what to do in case of inclement weather.
